Somebody wants you here!

Running a one-ish person company is a special kind of challenge.

Freedom from the boss, yes, but deeply unnatural if you spend your day on your own, self-motivating, self-flagellating and self-doubting.

Who's in your Slack keeping you company? Who's available for a "quick chat" at ten minutes' notice? Who's your cheerleader? Who's in your gang?

If the answer to that is "I'm not sure", that's where FWB comes in.

It's an alternative (or addition) to your classroom-heavy group coaching program, WhatsApp group chat that you set to silent or Facebook group filled with randos and politics.

FWB is a loose gaggle of hand-selected in-business individuals all around the world. We chat. We meet for coffee. We jump on private calls. It's invite-only and the "are you cool?" question has already been answered, so you're in.

There's no leader. It's a cooperative.

We do:

• Three to four optional group calls a month. Never recorded. You can even host your own.
• A dedicated, private Slack space so it feels like your colleagues are in the room with you.
• "Body doubling" market-place. Need somebody to sit with you while you work on your stuff? Send out the call. Get company.
• Friends, referral partners, interesting people doing interesting things who believe in cooperation above competition. Support each other, promote each other, set the world-to-rights.
• Informal coffee chats, in-person and online.
• Quick answers and tactical and moral support from your friends in the trenches.

It's referral- and invite-only, and a true cooperative: you're only here because a friend thinks you'd be a good fit.

It's $997 a year.

In your case, somebody wants you in, so we'll be very happy to have you.

TLDR? It's a diverse group of self-employed folk who've got each others' backs.

See you on the inside
